Made this for dinner tonight. Delicious. I would put the veggies in the rice earlier than the last 5 minutes. Carrots we're still a little hard but really enjoyed it. Lots of flavor. Will definitely make this again

Made this last night. I used peas instead of pepper, and did a heaping cup of sour cream. Turned out pretty good. I like the consistency of it better if you let it sit for 15-20 mins after baking so it's not so runny. Family liked it! Def will make again.

Making this tonight except using frozen mixed veggies & regular rice. Planning to mix half of the cheese in with the soup/sour cream and mix the other half with Panko breadcrumbs as a topping.

Very good. Will add more salt and pepper, less celery for the hubs (I did carrots celery and onions). Love the french's onions idea! Also add the veggies earlier than the 5 min mark

Made this tonight. Awesome. I shredded the celery, carrots and onions so they would be soft.

This was delicious! I'd cook the carrots longer next time though.

Kinda bland, in my opinion, I had to add more spices.
